    How come I'm not able to view my proof before I purchase? top

    The way that my company works along with many others is that you need to make your purchase first before a proof is created for you to review. However, I do make exceptions. If you think that it's necessary to see a proof first before you purchase, you can either choose the Cash App or Venmo payment option. By doing so, you will not have to pay until you approve the invitation proof. Only invitation proofs are emailed or texted. If you order anything else other than invitations, no proofs are emailed or texted. They will just be printed and shipped to you based on the information that you have provided. Please be sure to double check any info. that is given.

    Will I be able to view my items before they're printed? top

    If you have ordered invitations from me, I require that you approve the proof before I print them. I will email you a proof within 48 hours. I normally don't email proofs of any of my other items. I just print and ship based on the personalization information that you have given me. However, if you would like to view a proof of items other than invitations, please let me know this when you give me the personalization info. and I will email you proofs within 48 hours for your approval before I print.

    How will I receive my invitation proof, via email or text? top

    Normally I will text proofs instead of emailing if you have provided a cell phone number or have mentioned that you want your guests to text you as far as the RSVP goes. I find that customers get back to me quicker if I text proofs instead of emailing so that is my preferred method now. However, please check your email too including spam folder if you haven't received your proof via text within 24-48 hours. 

    When will I receive my order? top

    Orders are usually shipped out within 3 business days after receiving payment and personalization info. from you. However, if your order contains invitations, a proof will be emailed to you first for your approval before they're printed. This will be done within 48 hours of receiving payment and personalization info. from you. Once the proof is ok'd by you, the invitations will be sent out within 48 hours. 

    **NOTE - Orders are shipped out as quickly as possible and we cannot be held responsible for postal service delays.  Once your order has shipped, it is in the US postal service hands.  Please try and plan ahead.

    Can you do rush orders? top

    Normally, I am able to do rush orders. However, please email me first before making your purchase to make sure that I am able to accommodate your time frame. Overnight/Express shipping is also available and the US shipping charge is $18 (most items) for that method. If you would like me to express ship your order, please let me know when you email me.

    What shipping method do you use? top

    I ship USPS mail. I do not ship Fedex or UPS.

    Do you ship outside of the US and Canada? top

    I no longer ship out of the US due to the time frame the orders take to get overseas and the costly shipping charges.  However, I can email you the PDF file for invitations so you can print them at home. Please contact me for details.

    Can the wording be changed? top

    All wording can be changed to fit your party needs. You will need to let me know of any changes when you give me the personalization information. If no wording changes are requested, the item(s) will be worded as shown in the sample only with your personalization info. on them.

    Can the font and/or font color be changed? top

    The font and font color can be changed. Please check my website for available fonts. If you decide that you would like a different font or font color, please let me know when you give me the personalization info. in the Any Changes box. If no font change is requested, I will use the font shown in the sample.

    Can the items be worded in Spanish? top

    Yes, normally I will be able to change the wording to Spanish just as long as you email me the exact wording in Spanish that you would like on the items. A proof will be emailed to you for your approval before I print to make sure that all wording is accurate.

    Is there a minimum order? top

    There is a minimum order amount of $3.50.

    What is your return policy? top

    We strive on keeping our customers satisfied and have described each and every item to the best of our ability. Personalized items are non-refundable. However, if there was an error in your order due to mistakes on our end, we will gladly re-do your order or refund your money, your choice. You may be required to scan or mail me a copy of the error in order to receive a refund or replacement.
    *If you ok'd an invitation proof yet there was an error on the finished product, we cannot be held liable for those mistakes as that is the whole purpose of emailing proofs.  Please make sure to proofread the invitation thoroughly before giving the final go ahead to print them.  Any proofs ok'd by you are assumed to be error free.  No refunds or replacements will be sent in this instance. 

    We are not responsible for postal service delays.  Please try and plan ahead.

    How do I place an order? There is no order button and nowhere to enter my information. top

    You are having trouble ordering and don't see any place to add the item(s) to your shopping cart and also see no place to enter your personalization info.  This means that the order buttons were intentionally hidden so that no one can order.  This is done when we are closed for vacation.  If you're unable to place an order, please check my home page or contact page to see if the website is closed or not.  If it is closed, then new orders will not be accepted during that time and therefore you will be unable to order.  When we are open, order buttons will be displayed as well as all boxes to enter your personalization info.
